Our Purpose

Our core activity is to grow the existing portfolio of residential income producing investment property primarily in Greater London and the South of England, as we continue to offer well maintained homes for all our tenants. 

As owner occupation is proving increasingly difficult for many people with house prices continuing to outpace earnings growth and the likelihood of a rise in interest rates, we see the private rented sector playing an increasingly important role in providing essential good quality accommodation for renters. 



We are also interested in development and trading opportunities as they arise to enhance returns for our shareholders. 

Acquisitions are traditionally made through auction and private treaty markets. 

All investment property is managed in-house.
